Simplex gets FIPB nod for Rs 93cr FII investment

 According to a release issued by Simplex to the BSE today, Beethoven will pick up 12,85,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at Rs 726.30 per share.

 "A meeting of the board of directors will be held on October 6, 2005, to allot 12,85,000 shares to Beethoven on preferential basis," the release added.
