Smart Software Testing Solutions Inc (SSTS), a US-based automated product testing solutions startup, has acquired Bengaluru-based cloud-based smart mobile testing platform, pCloudy.com, for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in September 2015 by Pankaj Goel and Lalit Jain along with Avinash Tiwari who worked as software testing experts at Oracle, Adobe, HCL Technologies and Wipro, SSTS Inc has raised $1 million in a pre-Series-A round of funding from Your Nest Angel Fund for the pCloudy acquisition and to support its expansion plans.

pCloudy is a plug-and-play app testing platform catering to mobile businesses, e-commerce companies and large enterprises. Its another solution, OpKey, focuses on streamlining and improving the software development lifecycle by employing manual and automated testing.
