SnapLion raises funds from Indian, Silicon Valley investors

Round of investment will be used to improve core platform, fuel global expansion

Gibraltar-based SnapLion Global which runs SnapLion.com has raised an undisclosed amount from investors including Orios Venture Partners, India Internet Group, Blume Ventures, Indian Angel investors including, Rajan Anandan, Sandeep Soni, and Gaurav Sharma, and Silicon Valley Angels including Nickhil Jakatdar (CEO Vuclip, Silicon Valley), and Piyush Shah.

"This round of investment will be used to improve our core platform and fuel global expansion," said Nikhil Sama, co-founder & CEO of SnapLion. Founded in 2011, SnapLion enables one to build customised mobile apps, with no coding skills, and at reasonable price. 

These apps can be updated with new content and design, by updating the back end CMS at Snaplion.com.
