Stepping up its legal challenge, Indian taxi company Meru Cabs has decided to take local competitor Ola and US rival Uber to the Competition Commission of India (CCI), alleging the latter have been abusing their market position. Meru believes that the planned investments in both by Japan’s SoftBank underscores its view.
