Solid waste

WEBREDA has approached the government of West Bengal with a proposal of scientifically managing the solid waste generated in the new township at Rajarhat and Salt Lake, informed S P Gon Chaudhury, director "" WEBREDA.

In collaboration with Capstone Turbine, Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (HIDCO) and other institutions WEBREDA is planning to generate electricity from the waste from urban municipal landfills and other such decentralized energy generation applications.
