Sonata Software enters into agreement with Sigma

IT services firm Sonata Software today said it has entered into an agreement with Sigma for providing business systems solutions.     

The company in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange said the partnership would also aimed at facilitating a more efficient global delivery in the business system solutions area.     

The new agreement would provide business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics AX.      

"The alliance with Sigma will add to our existing delivery and sales capabilities in Europe", Sonata Software Head-Strategic Alliances Dinesh Ramachandran said. Sonata already has presence in the UK and Germany.     

Shares of Sonata Software closed at Rs 29.90, up 1.53 per cent on BSE.
