Theme based restaurant 'Soya Express' has made its entry into Gujarat by opening its first outlet at Vastrapur Lake at Ahmedabad with a view to providing a new experience in healthy fast food dining.
The outlet will serve the best delicacies of soya products and lots of varieties in vegetarian snacks like afgani chaap, gulabo rani, haryali chaap roll amongst many other items. “For us, Gujarat has been very important strategically, both from growth and expansion point of view. We are planning to open outlets within cities of Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Valsad,” said Vishal Bhatt, director of Soya Express and head of Gujarat and Maharashtra region.
Owned by SMA Tasty Bites P. Ltd., the company made foray into India by opening up its first Soya theme based restaurant in the first quarter of 2011.
