Leading telecommunication service provider Spanco group and Spice group have entered into joint venture to work in the BPO sector.
In a filing to BSE Spanco group has informed, Spanco Group and Bharat BPO a 50 :50 joint venture between Spanco and Spice will merge its domestic BPO business with Omnia BPO.
This joint venture will offer ITES, BPO and all other related sercies including services in back office segment in banking, financial service, insurance and e-governrance sector in the country.
The JV will currently have a capacity of 7,000 seats and company has plans to double the capacity in future.
