Spanco's Sparsh gets Rs 5 crore Delhi govt order

Spanco Telesystems and Solutions has bagged a 5-year outsourcing contract amounting to Rs 5 crore for its domestic call centre from the Delhi government. The call centre which operates under the brand name "Sparsh" will serve the contract, initially for a period of 15 months, renewable yearly for a period of 5 years.

According to a release issued by Spanco to the BSE, the said contract is for setting up a voice and web based public grievance management and provide contact centre services. Sparsh shall manage its Citizen Relationship & Grievance Management System (CRGMS) in the state.

This integrated system will provide guidance / information to the citizens of Delhi on various services offered by the government and details regarding redressal of public grievances.

The implementation of CRGMS will enable offline and online (voice and web based) public grievance registration and information dissemination from the Call Centre as well as government of Delhi Citizen Service Bureaus (CSB), CM's Grievance Cell, Departments and by officials in the office of Lieutenant Governor / Minister / Secretaries / HODs where the citizen can approach the system via various communication modes.
