The Hinduja group is in talks with Spectranet, the broadband venture, for acquiring a strategic stake. It is in discussions with SSKI, the leading merchant banker, in this regard.
Spectranet has roped in SSKI for identifying a suitable partner for its cable business, according to industry sources.
Atul Punj, chairman, Spectranet, confirmed that the Hinduja group was in talks with its merchant banker on the issue of acquisition of a strategic stake.
