Fertiliser major SPIC today denied reports that its fertiliser plant at Tuticorin is being taken over by Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance.
"There is no such move. We are not contemplating any such move," sources in SPIC said.
The sources also denied that negotiations were on with Sterlite Industries, Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers for selling.
"We totally deny this and there is no such move happening in this regard", they said.
