Spice Mobiles today said its promoter group firm has changed its name to Spice Enfotainment from SpiceCorp Entertainment.
The change has come into effect from October 24, Spice Mobiles said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, the company informed that Spice Enfotainment would work on the principle of consolidating and combining video, voice and data, focusing on new areas of entertainment- and information-led businesses, the filing added.
As on September 2008, Spice Enfotainment had 2.90 crore equity shares representing 38.93 per cent in Spice Mobiles.
