SSI Ltd today said it planned to take a significant stake in infotech training major Aptech Ltd and would integrate its education and training businesses in the merged entity.
SSI has agreed to buy the 27.18 per cent promoter stake in Aptech for Rs 49.75 per share. For 4,932,408 shares, the SSI payout will amount to Rs 24.54 crore.
The Aptech-SSI combine will have 3,208 centres and revenues of over Rs 420 crore, making it India
