Around 46 per cent of recruiters expect attrition in the first half of 2016 to be at the same level as in the second half of 2015, according to Naukri Hiring Outlook.
However, 59 per cent of the 4,049 recruiters surveyed expect jobs to be created in January-June 2016.
The bi-annual survey that gauges hiring sentiment across industries found that information technology led in expectations of job creation followed by manufacturing and retail. At the next tier were telecom and financial services.

A quarter of recruiters are expected to offer increments in of 10-15 per cent, down from the third who offered the same increments a year ago.
"About 60 per cent of the total sample size felt the talent crunch in the second half of 2015 was more intense than it was in the first half of 2015," the Naukri Hiring Outlook reported.
