Standard Chartered Bank today announced the appointment of Ravi Duvvuru as Head of Compliance & Assurance for India and South Asia. In this role, Duvvuru will be responsible for overseeing all matters pertaining to the regulatory framework in which the bank operates as well as independent assessment of all operational controls in the bank.
Previously, Ravi was with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited where he was responsible for the Group’s Compliance Function. Prior to that, he worked with Housing Development Finance Corporation and the Reserve Bank of India for several years in various divisions of the legal and compliance functions.
