State Bank of Mysore Q1 net dips 42%

Public sector lender State Bank of Mysore (SBM) today reported a 42.3% decline in its net profit at Rs 64 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

The bank had posted a net profit of Rs 111 crore in the April-June quarter of FY11, SBM said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Total income rose to Rs 1,291.8 crore in the June quarter from Rs 1,067.5 crore in the corresponding period an year ago.
