Engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive wheel rims, Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has achieved highest sale of 9.11 lakhs steel wheel rims during March, 2011 as against 7.50 lakhs in the same month of previous year, recording a growth of 21.46%. The company has also achieved a production of 9.18 lakhs wheel rims during March, 2011 as against 7.30 lakhs during March, 2010 witnessing a growth of 25.45%, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company has achieved the export sales of 78,140 wheel rims during March, 2011 as against 60350 wheel rims in the same period of the previous year, recording a growth of 29.47%.
Further the company has also achieved highest ever sale of 52000 steel wheel rims of truck (heavy commercial vehicles).
