The promoters of Sterling Biotech have pledged 36.48 per cent of their stake in the company. This amounts to 13.32 per cent of the outstanding shares of the company, Sterling dislcosed in a statement to the National Stock Exchange.
The promoters hold a 37 per cent stake in the company.
