Strides Arcolab eyes majority stake in Biopharma

The board of directors of Strides Arcolab at its meeting to be held on June 01, 2005, are to consider acquiring a majority stake in Biopharma, a Venezuelean marketing company subject to due diligence.

This is according to a release issued by Strides Arcolab to the BSE today.
