Subash Menon resigns from Subex as CEO & MD

The company is yet to announce the successor of Menon.

Subash Menon, MD & CEO of telecom software product company Subex has resigned from the company.

Menon who is also the founder of the Bangalore-based company will continue to be in the company’s board as a non-independent director.

"With the restructuring of the FCCBs complete, I have decided to focus on my other business interests and hence this move," Menon said in a statement.

The board of directors of the company which met in Mumbai today has approved his resignation. The company is yet to announce the successor of Menon.

Menon has just 1.63% stake in the company, as of July 2012.
