Bangalore-headquartered Subex Ltd, a global provider of business support systems, today said it has been selected by the Ecuador-based telecom service provider to implement its industry leading ROC (Revenue Operations Centre) fraud management solution.
The operator would be deploying the solution for its entire operations, including the wireline and mobile networks across Ecuador, a company statement said.
The deal was clinched by Subex after a global RFP (request for proposal) process based on the solution's technical superiority, global expertise, regional commitment and presence, the company said.
