Subhash Projects bags Rs 492 cr order

Construction firm Subhash Projects & Marketing today said it has bagged an order worth Rs 491.96 crore from a Mumbai suburban municipal corporation for an underground sewerage project.

The company has been awarded this contract by Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation, Thane (Maharashtra) under design, build and operate basis for underground sewerage scheme, Subhash Projects & Marketing said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange.

The scope of project includes sewage collection and conveyance system, sewage pumping stations, accepted treatment plants, treated sewage outfalls and miscellaneous items, the company further said.

Shares of Subhash Projects & Marketing surged nearly five per cent and were trading at Rs 49.15 in the afternoon trade on the NSE.
