Roy along with group's executive Director Pallav Kumar Agarawal had met on June 12 the officials of RBI, and the discussions on that day had remained inconclusive.
Asked if Roy's discussions with the central bank will resume tomorrow, the group's PR agency declined to comment.
The Supreme Court had directed RBI on Monday to give the company a fresh hearing on June 12, after keeping in abeyance the central bank's action, including a ban on fresh deposits, against SIFCL, against which the company had obtained a stay from Allahabad High Court.
The apex bank had imposed a ban on SIFCL on June 4 disallowing it from taking fresh deposits from investors, claiming the company had violated certain norms.

RBI had approached the Supreme Court on June 6 against the High Court stay on its order banning Sahara group's para-banking company from taking fresh deposits.
"We are not going into the merits of the case," the apex court had said and added that "till SIFCL is heard afresh, the RBI will not implement its order... If we look into the facts much can be said".
