Drug-maker Sun Pharmaceutical today said one one of its promoters has pledged 0.42 per cent stake with lenders.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Sun Pharmaceutical said one of its promoter Jayant Shantilal Sanghvi has pledged 8.60 lakh shares representing 0.42 per cent in the company.
Estimated on the basis of the current market price of Sun Pharma, the share pledge would have fetched the promoters about Rs 95 crore.
As of December quarter the promoters held 63.71 per cent stake in Sun Pharma.
