Sun Pharma to consider merger of arms

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will consider the proposal of amalgamation of three of its wholly-owned subsidiaries with itself.

The board of directors will meet on February 28 to consider the amalgamation of three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bazley Finvest, Dhaval Finvest and Manish Finvest with the company, Sun Pharma informed the
BSE today.

The board will also consider the proposal of merger of Phlox Pharmaceuticals, Vadodara, the approval for which is pending with BIFR, it added.
