Sun TV board to consider stock split

The board of directors of Sun TV will meet on April 5, 2007, to consider and approve a proposal for the sub-division of shares of the company.

Accordingn to a release issued by Sun to the BSE today, the meeting will also discuss proposal to increase the authorised share capital of the company, increasing the limit to invest funds of the company, increasing the limit to borrow funds and mortgage/hypothecate properties/assets of the company, and change of object clause of memorandum of association of the company.
