Sun TV Network has posted a 35.37 per cent increase in its net profit after taxes (PAT) at Rs 151.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 as against Rs 112.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008.
Total Income of the company has increased 41.42 per cent at Rs 403.43 crore in the reporting quarter as compared to Rs 285.27 crore in the last quarter a year ago.
The revenues grew by 45.88 per cent to Rs 395.08 crore as against Rs 270.83 crore in the previous quarter.
Sun TV Network is a television broadcaster, operating 20 satellite television channels across four languages of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and malayalam and presently airing 42 radio stations across the country
