The total income increased by 10 per cent to Rs 573.03 crore from Rs 523.19 crore, a year ago.

Advertisement revenues rose by seven per cent to Rs 291.57 crore, during the quarter. The Kalanidhi Maran-iowned company is one of the largest TV broadcasters, operating satellite television channels across four languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
The company, which is also a major player in DTH, reported 18 per cent growth in DTH revenue to Rs 132.88 crore.
The company's Board of Directors have declared a third interim dividend (for FY15) of Rs 6.75 per share (135%) on a face value of Rs 5 per share. With this, the total dividend declared by the board so far for 2014-15 was Rs 11.25 per share (225%) as against the total dividend of Rs 9.5 per share (190%) declared in the previous year ended March 31, 2014.
