Sunil Nair, Managing Partner and head in India of Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI) / The Rohatyn Group (TRG), has quit for personal reasons.
Nair also heads TRG's Private Equity businesses in Europe, Middle East and Africa is one of the leading private equity deal makers in emerging markets having invested in several landmark transactions like Lupin, Prometheon, etc.
This was the second important departure from CVCI after Dipak Rastogi, founder and leader of the group, quit recently.
