Surat based CTX Life Sciences, a pharmaceutical ingredient and intermediate manufacturing company, has entered into a partnership with Chennai based IT products and solutions provider TAKE Soutions. According to the agreement, TAKE Solutions will provide PharmaReady eCTD-DMF and SPL standard licenses to CTX.
TAKE Solutions already caters to big-ticket companies in the life sciences segment including Reliance Life Sciences, Liquent Inc, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Natco Pharma.
“We are extremely pleased to get into this partnership with TAKE Solutions, who have a strong knowledge and experience in both regulatory matters and IT. Our engagement with TAKE Solutions will enable us to do all regulatory submissions to ICH countries in the specified eCTD format. We have so far submitted dossiers either in paper format to USFDA or through drop box to EDQM. And it will save the time for life cycle management of dossier. This will also expedite our submission to customers, without compromising on the quality,” CTX Life Sciences director Kanak J Jariwala said.
TAKE Solutions’ PharmaReady solution suite is a web-based electronic Document Management and eSubmission Solution Suit.
