Symphony elevates Ajay Kela as MD

Symphony Services, a provider of collaborative, full lifecycle-outsourcing solutions for software product development and analytic processes, has promoted Ajay Kela, former president of its India operations, to the position of chief operating officer (COO) and managing director.
 
Amitava Roy moves in from HCL to succeed Kela as president of Symphony's India operations.
 
He will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and growth in India and will report to Kela, who will be based out of Bangalore.
 
Roy was a senior corporate vice president at HCL Technologies, before joining Symphony.
 
Symphony Services presently has operations in Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai.
