IT products and solutions provider TAKE Solutions today said it has entered into a partnership with CTX Life Sciences to provide an IT suite for the company.
"The company will provide PharmaReady eCTD - DMF and SPL standard licences to CTX," TAKE Solutions said in a statement.
CTX Life Sciences is the latest addition to the strong life sciences clientele list of TAKE Solutions, which includes Reliance Life Sciences, Liquent Inc, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Natco Pharma.
"We are extremely pleased to get into this partnership with TAKE Solutions, who have a strong knowledge and experience in both regulatory matters and IT," CTX Life Sciences Director Kanak J Jariwala said.
TAKE Solutions' PharmaReady solution suite is a web-based electronic Document Management and eSubmission Solution Suite specifically designed for both emerging and large life sciences organisations where ease of installation, ease of use, regulatory compliance and affordability are the primary business drivers.
"This association will enable them to experience the rich benefits of our PharmaReady suite in terms of comprehensive compliance solutions and seamless visibility into the entire regulatory document management lifecycle," TAKE Solutions Vice-President - Sales, Life Sciences (APAC) Ramesh L said.
