Jaiprakash Gaur, the 70-year-old chairman of Jaiprakash Industries has a thorn in his side Delhi-based stock broker Harish Bhasin. The broker has hinted that he might make a takeover bid on Jaiprakash Industries of which, he claims, he owns 12 per cent.
