Talisma will incorporate eAssist's technology, intellectual property and customer base. |
Talisma has not revealed the cost of the acquisition. However, it expects it to further enhance its award-winning CRM offering and allow to better leverage opportunities in the growing Customer Interaction Management (CIM) segment of the CRM market. |
