Taneja Aerospace in MRO deal with AWACS

Taneja Aerospace and Aviation has entered into a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility agreement with Air Works Commercial MRO Services (AWACS).

As per the agreement, Taneja would be licensing seven acres of land and upto five hanger space on a long term basis.

The company intends to develop its private air field as an MRO and aviation park and says this agreement would facilitate the plan.

The company expects this to result in cash inflow of around Rs 7.50 crore per annum.
