Tata Chemicals plans UK acquisition

Tata Chemicals plans to acquire a majority stake in Brunnner Mond. The investment could be made directly or through a subsidiary / associate of the company.

According to a relase issued by Tata Chemicals to the BSE, Brunner Mond is an UK- based chemical company, and the acquisition will be done, subject to certain terms and conditions and regulatory approvals, as necessary.
