Tata Elxsi and IBM have tied up to form a strategic partnership for providing total solutions to the digital content creation industry. The partnership is aimed at synergising the strengths of hardware and software along with services and support which are critical in the digital content creation industry.
M Ganesh , country manager, enterprise systems group, IBM India, said: "With this partnership, customers can look forward to getting a total solution for their digital content requirements, which would include hardware, software, maintenance and consultancy."
Tata Elxsi will be responsible for the integration, networking, service and support of the customers, whereas IBM would be the exclusive hardware solutions provider in the alliance.
Tata Elxsi is one of the country's premier systems integrator in the digital content creation market and is also the distributor for some of the most popular softwares used.
IBM Global Finance, the financing arm of IBM, will also provide the customers of the partnership with select financing schemes.
