Tata Info declares 70% dividend

Tata Infotech today declared an interim dividend of 70% on 1.83 crore
equity shares for the financial year 2004-05.

The board of directors have declared an interim dividend of 70% (i.e. Rs 7 per share of face value Rs 10 each) on 1.83 crore equity shares of the company for the fiscal ending March 31, 2005, Tata Infotech informed the NSE.

They have fixed February 17 as the record date for the purpose and the interim dividend will be paid on or after February 25, it added.
