Tata Steel promoted Tata Metaliks today said that its board will meet on Friday to discuss on borrowing money through debentures.
The meeting of the board of directors would be held on December 26, 2008, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The board members would consider borrowing money by issuing debentures or by the other means, the filing added.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 79.50, down 0.44 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
