Tata Metaliks signs JV with Japanese firms

Tata Metaliks has signed a joint venture agreement with two Japan-based companies - Kubota Corporation and Metal One.

According to a release issued by Tata Metaliks to the BSE today, the JV will set up facilities for manufacturing ductile iron pipes in India.
