Tata Motors launches 1+1 programme for Nano

Customers of Nano will have privilege to be among first to own new GenX Nano with Easy Shift

Tata Motors, the country's fifth largest car maker, announced today the launch of an exclusive campaign for all existing Nano customers - Power of 1+1 programme.

Customers of Nano will have the privilege to be among the first to own the new GenX Nano with Easy Shift (automated manual transmission). Such a transmission set up is seen on the Zest and on models of rival like Maruti Alto and Celerio.

"Through this programme, Nano owners will be offered the best market price for their old Nanos and will also receive a special bonus of Rs 20,000 in addition to the price of the old car. Additionally, Nano customers can also enroll into a referral programme that could help them win a cash prize of INR 5,000 for every referral", said a statement from the Mumbai-based company.

On purchase of every GenX Nano under this programme, Tata Motors will donate to Child Rights and You (CRY) on behalf of the customer and contribute towards the retention of girl children in school for a year. In appreciation of the contribution, CRY will send a certificate to Nano customers.
