Tata Motors today rolled out the Novus range of heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) from its manufacturing facility here in collaboration with South Korea-based Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicles Company. "The Novus range of HCVs would be launched in the Indian market starting with tippers followed by tractor trailers, dumpers and cargo vehicles," Ravi Kant, managing director of Tata Motors, said. The import content would be around 75% initially after which localisation of components would be increased gradually, he added.
