Tata Power's total consumer base rose to two million consumers in FY15 comprising 6,18,000 consumers in Mumbai and over 1.44 million in Delhi.
The increased Mumbai consumer base of 6,18,000 was aided by the addition of 19,000 direct and 1,05,711 changeover consumers during FY15. In Delhi, the company has a registered consumer base of 1.44 million, spanning across an area of 510 sq km in Northern and North Western Delhi.

The company already has 34 Customer Relations and Bill Collection Centres in Mumbai that facilitate easy payment of electricity bills.
