Tata Steel Hopes To Double Branded Goods Sales

Tata Steel is expecting sales of its branded products to almost double in the current fiscal. The company, which already fetches a premium of up to Rs 1,000 per tonne on its branded products, is targeting sales in excess of 5 lakh tonne in the long and flat product segments this fiscal, against sales of 2.64 lakh tonne during 2001-02.
