| Tata Steel is likely to launch its Rs 3,655 crore rights issue in November as part of its plan to finance the Corus deal. Koushik Chatterjee, vice president (finance), Tata Steel said, "the company intended the rights issue launch in November. The Corus financing will be completed by March 2008."
