Tata Steel to form JV with Bluescope

Tata Steel is planning a 50:50 joint venture with Australian firm Bluescope, a part of the BHP group, for manufacturing colour-coated sheets at Jamshedpur.

B Muthuraman, managing director of Tata Steel, said the venture would be finalised in three months. "The project cost would be Rs 1,500 crore,"  he added.
