Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) is awaiting the spectrum allocation and other clearances from the department of telecommunications (DoT) to launch its services in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat and Delhi circles. TTSL has already established the requisite basic network at respective locations.
