Tata Teleservices Ltd, a basic-telephony operator, plans to commence operations in Gujarat during the last quarter of this year.
Initially, as part of the first phase, the company plans to cover major towns and cities, including Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and Rajkot, by early 2003. And the entire state in next seven years.
