Tata Tele may move SC against Walky order tomorrow

 A decision has been taken to move the Supreme Court, sources said, adding the company could formally approach the court tomorrow.

 TDSAT had ruled last week that Walky was a mobile service, and thus the company was liable to pay levy (access deficit charge) to BSNL.
