Tatas, Rahejas to invest Rs 700 cr on residential complex

Tata Housing Development Co and Raheja Builders today said they would invest Rs 700 crore in jointly developing a high-end residential project at Gurgaon.     

"The project, Raisina Residency is spread over an area of 11.73 acres and it would be jointly developed by the two partners," Raheja Builders Navin M Raheja told reporters here.     

Tata Housing Development Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons.
